About Us

Gilbert Tafoya, MBA is a general contractor in Elverta (part of the Sacramento metropolitan area), California, specializing in renovating homes to be handicap accessible and for Aging-in-Place. We provide new construction as well as adapt single and multi-unit residences for wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, and wheelchair walkers users and the aging. Our modern and universal designs have been adapted from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs "Handbook for Design: Specially Adapted Housing for Wheelchair Users" and will increase the value of your home. Many people who are interested in accessible homes are older couples looking to upgrade, providing a strong market for selling accessible and Aging-in-Place homes.

Contractor's Licence issued on July 1, 1980, we have extensive experience in the best remodeling options for people who have been in use a walker, wheelchair, mobility scooter, and for Aging-in-Place. We have had the opportunity to complete many projects for the US Department of Veterans Affairs as a Specially Adapted Housing (SAH) and Home Improvements and Structural Alterations (HISA) contractor and builder.
